Sellers, please make good choices!

Yes, it’s a seller’s market. Yes, we are seeing astonishing prices. However, just because your home may now be worth twice what you thought it was, does not mean that you should settle and leave money on the table. Your home is one of your biggest assets, and selling your home can be an emotional, complex decision. You should accept only the best in this process.

It's important to know that with high sales volume comes experience. An experienced agent will negotiate higher offer prices, combat pricey or unnecessary requests for repairs, and bring you higher-quality offers exceeding those of a discount broker. Many sellers would be surprised if not shocked to know that here in San Diego in 2021, 30% of all homes sold were sold at asking price or below. In the strongest seller’s market on record, experience still matters.

Private Exclusive

Sell your home, keep your privacy: A Private Exclusive listing is an off market home that can be shared by a Compass agent directly with their colleagues and their buyers.
